Larry Eaton began his career in the water treatment industry in 1984 after moving from Pennsylvania to Florida, learning the business from the ground up at his grandparents’ company, Inaqua Enterprises. He went on to hold leadership roles at Kiss International and helped launch Kavey Water in the early 1990s, serving as General Manager and overseeing customer
service, operations, and system design for residential and commercial applications.
In 2000, Larry and his wife Sandy founded Aqua Wholesale Inc., growing the business to over $4 million in annual sales. Larry also served as President of the Florida Water Quality Association from 2003–2005. After selling Aqua Wholesale in 2010, Larry continued as General Manager for 15 more years, remaining hands-on in all aspects of water treatment system design and operations.
In 2025, Larry and Sandy launched L&S Inaqua to focus on retail water treatment solutions. With over 35 years of experience, Larry specializes in water softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis, and troubleshooting and repairing existing systems in residential and commercial application.
